Employee Assistance Program

EAPs are intended to help employees deal with personal issues and transitions that might be adversely impacting on their work performance, health, and overall well-being. EAPs generally include assessment of the issue, short-term counselling and referral services for employees. We have a pool of qualified counsellors who  provide support for emotional distress, major life events including births, accidents, and deaths, health care concerns, family/personal relationship issues, work relationship issues, concerns about ageing parents and substance abuse. You can choose to directly refer your employees to us for counselling or could make our contact details available for an employee to approach us individually. In both cases, we preserve confidentiality of the client and the issues of concern.

Credit Counselling with Psychological Assistance

We provide financial advice with psychological support (when required) for individuals to best manage their finances for achieving their goals and uplifting the quality of their life styles. A qualified counselor who is also a retired banker will provide guidance in planning the financials including concerns with regards to loans and risks and benefits concerned.
